Easy scheduling for diagnostic services
You can either call our office or fax a completed service request form (below) to schedule an appointment.
Once we receive a referral, your patient will be called within 24 hours. When your patient has been scheduled we will fax you the date and time of the study.
Interpretive services by highly respected radiologists
We have partnered with Medford Radiology Group to provide referring physicians with the widest range of expertise in diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology in Southern Oregon. Medford Radiology Group’s board-certified radiologists are committed to providing referring physicians with the accurate and timely diagnoses they need to give patients the best possible health care. Reports are electronically faxed to referring physicians the same day the exam is performed.
